Roberts edge detector.

Arguments:
in_img1
- input image, a DICOM
image.
Decription:
out_img1
– a DICOM image. Each value of the DICOM image is the edge magnitude
value calculated using a three-dimensional Roberts kernel calculated in
a 2x2x2 region of the input image.
