Arguments:
in_img1
input image, 3 channel
num1
– a double which specifies the standard deviation of the Gaussian noise.
Description:
out_img1
– An image which has dimensions the same as the input image. This is the
input image with Gaussian noise added. The Gaussian noise will have a
mean of 0 and std of num1.
